Public browsing

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or local-storage preferences. The enquiry form uses the essential cookie described below. Its fonts, images and scripts are served by this website. There are no embedded third-party videos or maps.

Essential administrator cookie

The first-party cookie bespokerl_admin supports secure sign-in and protects administrator forms against forged requests. It is limited to the /admin path. Before sign-in it is a browser-session cookie; after successful sign-in it expires after eight hours. Signing out clears it. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. This cookie is necessary for the administrator service requested by the person signing in and is not used for advertising.

Project-brief downloads

When you choose to save a project brief, your browser creates a text file on your device. This action does not set a tracking cookie or send the brief to us. Your browser may retain form entries or downloads according to its own settings.

Hosting logs

The hosting service records requests to operate and protect the website and calculate aggregate traffic totals. This does not require analytics cookies or browser storage.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the essential administrator cookie will prevent sign-in and saving changes. Public pages remain available. There are currently no optional cookies to accept or reject. If optional technologies are introduced, we will update this information and provide any required choice before they operate.

When the enquiry form is enabled and you open it, the first-party bespokerl_enquiry cookie protects your submission against forged requests. It lasts for one hour, uses the / path, and is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It is not used for marketing or analytics. Blocking it prevents form submission; you can use the public contact email instead.
