Start with a site visit
The first step is a site visit. Richard and I will both visit to discuss your project and look at the grounds, electrical supply, water and access. Together, we’ll talk through the design and the finishes you’d like, along with your budget and timescale.
Shape the specification
Work through the layout, materials and services. Agree the design, quotation, exclusions and responsibilities.
Convert & finish
From a suitable second-hand container to shell work and fit-out, with progress updates and checks along the way.
Prepare for handover
Review the finish and snagging, then coordinate the agreed transport, site work and handover arrangements.
